The MuscleDriver USA Adjustable Gladiator Grip has all the benefits of our regular Gladiator Grips all rolled into one product. Not only can you get the same tension setting as the original Gladiator Grips but you can achieve very small incremental tensions increases and decreases that no other product can allow. We estimate the easiest setting (images above are the easiest) is around 100lbs and the most difficult is 400lbs. This item is really easy to use and it is all based on user preference. Moving the two springs at the highest point (images show the lowest point) is the most difficult setting and at the lowest point is the easiest. Simply put the higher the springs move up the more difficult the tension.

To adjust the springs simple look at image #3 above. You have to move the centerpiece around the notch; once this is done the springs are loose and movable. Just set the centerpiece back in the original position and your ready to go
