Shipping Policies
Shipping costs are based on actual FedEx and USPS (Postal Service) rates. There are several options available and all shipping costs can be calculated in the shopping cart and during checkout. Below are all the shipping options we offer.

FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver (3 day), FedEx 2 day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx International Economy, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post.

USPS Priority Mail & Parcel Post - Anybody can choose Priority Mail or Parcel Post but there is a single package weight restriction of 70lbs. Military personnel overseas have to use one of these two methods when placing an order. If you are ordering Kettlebells and are using one of these two shipping methods you cannot order sizes larger than 28kg. There is not any restrictions on quantity, just single package weight.

FedEx International Economy - For all orders shipping to Canadian locations. Allow 5-8 business days to receive your order using this method of shipping. All customs fees at time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer, this includes any brokerage fees and import taxes. For more information and rates on customs fees please feel free to contact FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx. Refused packages will be charged a restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

R&L Carriers Freight Shipping - Freight shipping can be used if orders are unusually large. If you think your order will be shipping via freight please contact us at 1-877-736-6694 for rates and delivery dates.

Package Tracking
FedEx Tracking - All FedEx tracking can be done through the order confirmation email or the ship notification email. Please provide a legitimate email address if you wish to track your package. After you track your package, if there is anything unusual with the status of your package (i.e. Exception) please feel free to call us at 1-877-736-6694 or you can call 1-800-Go-FedEx to speak directly with FedEx about your package.

R&L Carriers Freight Tracking - If your order shipped via freight carrier please contact us at 1-877-736-6694 if you would like a freight pro number for tracking your order. Please be aware that it may take Muscles and Curves Fitness up to 24 hours after the order is shipped to receive the freight pro number from the freight company.

Payment Information
If you are paying with a debit card or credit card we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. All credt card transactions will process through eRealty Networks..

Orders shipping to Texas locations will have a sales tax of 8.25%. If you are located in Texas and are a tax exempt entity (i.e. a school) please call your order in at 1-877-736-6694. Orders shipping outside of Texas will not incur a sales tax.

All credit card information is deleted after 30 days as a security precaution.

Secure Ordering at Muscles and Curves Fitness
All online transactions at MusclesandCurves.com are handled with a 128-bit SSL encryption certificate and our site is hosted on Magento's award winning platform. When you enter your personal information and credit card number into our order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

Order Acceptance and FulFillment
Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Please scroll up to Shipping Policies to view the transit times for the shipping methods available.

After you place an order with us, an invoice for your order will appear onscreen and will also be emailed to you. You can also use this confirmation email to track your package (FedEx only) after your order is shipped. Please print the onscreen page and save the email for your records.

If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship. Muscles and Curves Fitness uses a national AVS matching system that verifies every credit card billing address that is used on the site. If the incorrect billing address is provided we will email you and ask you to provide the correct billing address; if that information is not provided within two weeks the order will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site we will notify the cardholder's bank and contact the cardholder immediately.

Return Policies
Incorrect Item Received - If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.

Shoes and Clothing - For sanitary reasons, certain items cannot be returned for a refund once worn for an extended period of time. Shoes and clothing, such as singlets, may only be returned if they were intially tried on and did not fit. If any shoe or clothing item is returned and shows signs of use beyond "fitting", the customer will be charged the full fee of the item. Shipping of the item back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Product Received - All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website. Please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items.

Unsatisfied with Product - If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization number. There is a 15% restocking fee for refund requests. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable. Please contact us for an RA # before items are returned.

Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, and 100% satisfaction guaranteed products, all shipping costs back to Muscles and Curves Fitness are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
