If I place an order today, when will my items ship?

Most orders placed before 5pm CST M-F are processed the same day and shipped within 3-7 business days. In some cases due to holidays, weekends or a backordered items, your order may take a bit longer to ship. We will notify you immediately if there is any delay expected.

Shortly after placing your order you should receive an e-mail confirmation that will include a receipt. We will also provide tracking information once the order has shipped.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If we expect any delays with your order, we will contact you via email and make you notify you. We also update your shipping status on a daily basis to reflect the most current information we have regarding your order. You can view this by following the link you received in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account.

What does it mean when an order status is "On Hold"?

Orders are marked “On Hold” for several reasons. For example, an item may be backordered, or there may be a discrepancy in the order or the credit card billing address etc. Whenever this occurs we place the order on hold until we can contact you via email or phone to clear up any confusion.

What are your shipping charges?

To make shopping with us as straight-forward as possible, we offer Free Shipping on all of our items shipped within the lower 48 U.S. states!

At this time we do not offer shipping to AK and HI since we have no way to calculate additional freight charges in real time.

Please note that items marked "Free Shipping" are generally not subject to any additional shipping and handling charges with the exception of shipments to certain remote locations within the USA. If additional freight charges are required, we will contact you via phone or email for approval prior to processing the order. Additionally, any special shipping requests such as Liftgate Services, Inside Delivery, etc may require additional charges.

How do you ship orders?

Most orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx and motor freight. Large orders such as home gyms, treadmills and weight sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders totalling over 100lbs and originating from a single manufacturer may also ship via freight at the warehouse's discretion.

Do I need to be at home when my order arrives?

If your package(s) are shipping UPS, FedEx and USPS, they will usually be left at your door unless you request otherwise. If your item is to be shipped via motor freight, someone must be present to receive and assist with unloading the delivery. The carrier will call you ahead of time to make an appointment for delivery.

When the treadmill I ordered arrives, will the driver bring it in to my home?

No. Large items such as treadmills, home gyms and weight sets, etc. that arrive via motor freight are curbside delivery only. The driver is responsible only for getting the equipment to the back of the truck. It's the customer's responsibility to transport the merchandise from the curb into the house.

I could never unload that heavy equipment myself; can I arrange to have it brought inside?

Yes. With prior notice we can arrange for inside delivery. Please contact us prior to shipment so that we can make the proper arrangements. Please note that there is an additional charge for this service.

I ordered several different items but only one of them showed up today. Where is the rest of my order?

If you order contains multiple items from different manufacturers they will likely ship from different warehouses. In such cases you may receive the order in separate shipments.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We currently do not ship to APO and FPO addresses. We are hoping to add this service in near future.

Item(s) in my shipment arrived damaged. What should I do?

Prior to accepting any deliveries please examine the cartons for any sign of visible damage. Also be sure that you receive the number of cartons you're signing for. Please be sure to have the driver note any damages or shortages on the delivery receipt (often called a Bill of Lading) before you sign for the items. Please contact us immediately at 1-888-958-1208 if you have any questions or concerns regarding issues with your delivery.

Do you ship your products internationally?

We currently do not ship outside of the lower 48 US States.

How can I place an order?

 

  • Order Online- We've made ordering pretty darn easy, just click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the item you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout when you are finished shopping.

  • Telephone Orders - You may place your order by telephone between the hours of 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. CST Monday through Friday - Toll Free: 888-958-1208

  • Fax and Mail in Orders - Just fill out our offline order form and fax to 888-958-1208 (yes, it's the same as our main number) or mail it to the address printed on the order form.

    We accept: Visa, Master Card, Discover & PayPal which are processed through our 128-bit secure server. We also accept cashier's checks or money orders when mailed in with our order form. We do not accept personal checks.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 888-958-1208 or use the online contact form to email us as soon as possible so that we can stop the order. Please note that if an order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred TO and FROM your location even if the package is refused. Although items marked "Free Shipping" may not show a freight charge on your invoice, we will deduct from your refund the actual cost to ship the item to you and then back to the warehouse.

 

How can I return my purchase?

At Muscles and Curves we strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please be aware that we DO NOT refund shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location. This includes the freight costs for shipping items that are marked "Free Shipping".

If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us at 888-958-1208 or via the online contact form to email us. Please keep in mind that all returned items must be in NEW condition and packaged in their original carton in order to be accepted. If a returned item does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal. All returns must also first be approved and an RA number issued. Please do not send back an item without first receiving a Return Authorization number from our customer support team. You are welcome to contact customer service at 888-958-1208 for additional information.

Of course if you received the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective, there will be no cost to our customers for returns or replacements; however, you will still need a RA number before returning the items.

 

I don't see an item I'm looking for on your website. Do you sell it?

Maybe. From time to time our suppliers release new products that we may not yet have added to our store. Please feel free to contact us if you do not see an item you are looking for. If we don't carry it, we may be able to help you locate item elsewhere.

 

My order arrived but I did not get a receipt. Will it be mailed to me?

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that serves as your order receipt. Please print that page for your records. If you need any additional documentation please call us and we will be glad to send it out.

Why is there a shipping charge on my order when the price on the item includes shipping?

While everything that we offer for sale is shipped free, we still must pay shipping costs to deliver the items to you. If there are shipping charges on any of your receipts it is simply the cost we paid to ship the items to you.

I would rather not pay by credit card; can I just mail you a check?

We do not accept personal checks but you CAN send money orders or cashier's checks. Simply print out the offline order form and mail it in with your payment. Once we receive your order form and payment we will process your order and email you a receipt.

Is my order secure?

Absolutely. We provide safe and secure on-line order processing using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. If you are still concerned about ordering online, we also accept orders via phone or fax at 888-958-1208. (Yes, the fax number is the same as the main line).

Will Muscles and Curves keep my personal information private?

Muscles and Curves owners Chandler and Nikki absolutely LOATHE email spam, telemarketing calls and junk mail. So yes, any personal information you provide us will be protected, remain private and will NEVER be sold or traded. This includes but isn't limited to our mailing lists, telephone numbers, billing information and e-mail addresses.

Do you provide any guarantee on your merchandise?

At Muscles and Curves we only sell products that we believe in. If we receive any complaints, negative reviews or any customer concerns about the quality of a product we offer, we immediately investiagate the concerns and, if deemed necessary, remove the product from our catalog.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and the products you receive so we offer a 30 day refund policy on all products. Simply return the item(s) in NEW condition, in the original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Some restrictions apply (see Ordering/Cancellations and Returns).
