Athletes on any level can use these boxes for forward, lateral, and other plyometric jumping drills. Use taller boxes in combination with shorter boxes for a variety of drills such as, high jumps with step downs, and progressive height jumping. Available in multiple heights, from 6" to 42". Tops are reinforced 1/2" plywood with nonslip rubber surface. Stackable for easy storage.
