Weighing 10lbs each and being 20 inches long, these handles can be loaded to well over 100lbs for heavy presses and rows. SHIPPING: Please be aware that most orders exceeding 100lbs in total weight commonly ship using a freight carrier. This means they will show up in a large transport truck OR tractor trailer (18-wheeler). The driver will only be responsible for moving the packages to the rear of the truck, you will be responsible for off-loading the boxes. If you require it, a lift-gate that lowers the items to the ground can be added to any order for $40. Just add the "Lift Gate Service" product to your cart before you checkout.

Additionally, you need to provide us with at least 1 contact number in which the freight company can contact you to set up a time for delivery. You must be available to sign for the delivery. Freight deliveries occur during business hours M-F. If you live in a remote location or on a street/road that the truck cannot traverse, you may need to meet the driver at the closest location to you that the truck can access to accept the delivery.
