The 2010 Classic Do-Win weightlifting shoe is greatly improved to further increase stability and support. Heel height is 3/4 inch. Based on customer experience we recommend a half size down from your regular athletic shoe size. But PLEASE, review the chart below for your own personal sizing. All return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the shoes are returned for being defective.

- You would most likely wear a Pendlay size 7.5 since the shoes run a half-size big. However, a size 8 shoe would give you more room in the toe to accommodate thicker socks...
