Product Return Policy for Muscles and Curves Fitness
At Muscles and Curves we strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please be aware that we DO NOT refund shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location. This includes the freight costs for shipping items that are marked "Free Shipping".

Return Policy Details Return Authorization Numbers - All returns, regardless of reason, require that you contact customer support for a Return Authorization number. You can contact customer service via online form or phone at 888-958-1208. Returns sent without a RA request will experience delays in processing. All returns must be shipped back by one of our approved carriers. Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Item(s) Received - In the event that your shipment is missing items, you received the wrong item(s) or if your order was damaged during shipment you MUST notate this on your delivery receipt. Please do not refuse the shipment! Contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions for returning the shipped items back to us at our expense. Defective Product Received - Product warranties vary between all the different brands that we carry but all products are guaranteed against defects for a minimum of 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise noted on the product page. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website. Unsatisfied With Product - If for any reason you find a product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization number as stated above. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable. Shoes, Clothing & Accessories - For sanitary reasons, certain items cannot be returned for a refund once worn for anything more than "seeing if it fits". Shoes, clothing and some accessories such as head harnesses may only be returned if they were initially tried on and did not fit. If any shoe, clothing or accessory item is returned and shows signs of use beyond "fitting", the customer will be charged the full price of the item. Shipping of the item back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to Muscles and Curves Fitness are the responsibility of the customer.
