Shipping Policy for Muscles and Curves Fitness


At Muscles and Curves Fitness we offer free shipping on our entire catalog. We currently only ship to the lower 48 US states. Once an order is placed and the items have shipped we cannot make changes to the shipping location.. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policies please call customer support at 1-888-958-1208 or use the online contact form to contact us via email.

Order Acceptance and FulFillment
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed unless otherwise noted on the product page. Transit times will vary depending on your location and the items you've ordered. In some cases your order will go out in multiple shipments. In such cases you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

After you place an order with us, an invoice for your order will appear onscreen and will also be emailed to you. Please print the onscreen page and save the email for your records.

If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship. Muscles and Curves Fitness uses a national AVS matching system that verifies every credit card billing address that is used on the site. If the incorrect billing address is provided we will email you and ask you to provide the correct billing address; if that information is not provided within 72 hours the order will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site we will notify the cardholder's bank and contact the cardholder immediately.

How Orders Are Shipped
Orders placed with Muscles and Curves Fitness will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or Freight Carrier. Large orders such as home gyms, treadmills, weight sets and some orders totaling over 100lbs will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders arriving by truck are delivered CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive and sign for the delivery, and to assist with unloading the equipment. If you anticipate needing a liftgate to lower the packages to the ground, you will need to add the "LiftGate Service" to your shopping cart before checking out. If you have any other special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements.

No Changes to Delivery Address
Once an order has been shipped we are not able to make changes to the delivery address of the package(s). Please be sure you use a correct shipping address and that you will be available to receive the shipment at that location. If you need to change a shipping address you will need to contact our Customer Support department as soon as possible. Please be aware that if the package is shipped to an incorrect location the customer will still be responsible for freight charges incurred to the customer and all costs to ship the items back.

APO & FPO Shipments

We currently do not ship to APO and FPO addresses. We hope to add this service in the near future.

Taking Receipt of Your Order

Prior to accepting any deliveries please examine the cartons for any sign of visible damage. Also be sure that you receive the number of cartons you're signing for. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items. If there is anything missing or damaged DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Contact us immediately at 1-888-958-1208 and we will assist you in correcting the issue.

4 Tips For Making Sure The Delivery Goes Smooth:

    • Confirm that the shipment paperwork matches what you are receiving!
    • (a) If the receiving bill says 2 crates, make sure there are 2 crates
    • (b) If the receiving bill says 1 crate with 8 bars and 4 boxes on top, make sure that you verify this
    • (c) Count them to make sure prior to the carrier leaving
    • (d) If your order includes 7 ft. Olympic bars, they will always be on top. If you don’t see them, do not sign for them

    • If there IS a discrepancy, it must be notated in writing on the delivery receipt.
    • (a) Please note: “Product missing.”

      • If you have any doubt about whether something is missing, the shipment appears to be damaged OR has been repacked, make note of it on the delivery receipt with the comment:
      • (a) “Pending Full Inspection”

If you will not be personally present to receive the shipment, please be sure to pass along this information to whomever receives the order.

Package Tracking

All shipments can be tracked online through your Muscles and Curves account or directly on the carriers website using the supplied tracking number. Additionally we will send you a Status Update email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

If your order shipped via freight carrier please contact us if you would like a freight pro number for tracking your order. Please be aware that it may take Muscles and Curves Fitness up to 24 hours after the order is shipped to receive the freight pro number from the freight company.
