Shipping Policies We offer free shipping on our entire catalog. We only ship to the lower 48 US states. There are several options available if you wish to have your order expedited. These shipping costs can be calculated in the shopping cart and during checkout. Once an order is placed we do not allow changes to the shipping location. R&L Carriers Freight Shipping - If the total weight of your order exceeds 100lbs, or if your purchased items require it, freight shipping will be used. Freight shipping is typically curb-side delivery only and you will be required to transport your packages from the drop off location. |

Package Tracking All shipments can be tracked online through your Muscles and Curves account or directly on the carriers website using the supplied tracking number. If you completed your checkout without creating an account, you will not be able to track your shipments. R&L Carriers Freight Tracking - If your order shipped via freight carrier please contact us if you would like a freight pro number for tracking your order. Please be aware that it may take Muscles and Curves Fitness up to 24 hours after the order is shipped to receive the freight pro number from the freight company. |

Payment Information If you are paying with a debit card or credit card we accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. All credit card transactions will process through Paypal Web Services under the name Muscles and Curves LLC. Muscles and Curves LLC is a Delaware LLC and does not charge sales tax in any state. No credit card information is stored on our servers or anywhere in this store's software. The information is stored (encrypted and scrambled) with our credit card merchant for 60 days for the purpose of issuing refunds. |

Order Acceptance and FulFillment Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed unless otherwise noted on the product page. Transit times will vary depending on your location and the items you've ordered. In some cases your order will go out in multiple shipments. In such cases you will receive a tracking number for each shipment. After you place an order with us, an invoice for your order will appear onscreen and will also be emailed to you. Please print the onscreen page and save the email for your records. If the billing address on your order does not match the billing address on the credit card the order will not ship. Muscles and Curves Fitness uses a national AVS matching system that verifies every credit card billing address that is used on the site. If the incorrect billing address is provided we will email you and ask you to provide the correct billing address; if that information is not provided within 72 hours the order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a fraudulent credit card is used on our site we will notify the cardholder's bank and contact the cardholder immediately. |
Return Policies RAs - All returns, regardless of nature, require that you submit an Return Authorization request ticket to our support department. You can do this by contacting our Customer Service Department. Returns sent without an RA request will experience delays in processing. Incorrect Item Received - If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages. Shoes and Clothing - For sanitary reasons, certain items cannot be returned for a refund once worn for anything more than "seeing if it fits". Shoes and clothing may only be returned if they were intially tried on and did not fit. If any shoe or clothing item is returned and shows signs of use beyond "fitting", the customer will be charged the full fee of the item. Shipping of the item back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. |
