SHIPPING: Please note that any orders exceeding 100lbs in gross weight commonly ship using a freight carrier. This means they are going to show up in a large transport truck OR tractor trailer (18-wheeler). The driver will only be required to help with moving the packages to the back of the truck, you will be responsible for off-loading the containers. In case you need it, a lift-gate that lowers the items to the ground can be added to any order for $40. Simply add the "Lift Gate Service" product to your shopping cart before you checkout.

Also, you will need to supply us with at least 1 telephone number where the freight company can contact you to set up a time for delivery. You must be available to sign for the delivery. Freight deliveries take place during business hours M-F. If you live in a remote location or on a street/road that the truck cannot traverse, you may need to meet the driver at the closest location to you that the truck can access to accept the delivery.
