If you are a beginner and want to achieve your techniques, then this is the bar for you. This is a 6' lightweight aluminum olympic training bar. This bar weighs 18lbs and the maximum capacity is 300lbs. It can be used with any wide benches.

SHIPPING INFO: Please note that any orders over 100lbs in total weight generally ship via a freight carrier. This means they will arrive in a large delivery truck OR tractor trailer (18-wheeler). The driver will only be responsible for moving the freight to the back of the truck, you will be responsible for off-loading the boxes. If you require it, a lift-gate that lowers the items to the ground can be added to any order for $40. Simply add the "Lift Gate Service" product to your cart before you checkout.

Additionally, you must provide us with at least 1 phone number where the freight company can contact you to set up a time for delivery. You must be present to sign for the delivery. Freight deliveries occur during business hours M-F. If you live in a remote location or on a street/road that the truck cannot navigate, you may need to meet the driver at the closest location to you that the truck can access to accept the delivery.
