If you're looking for regular weight plates with the 1" bar opening then you've come to the right place. At Muscles and Curves Fitness we carry several brands of standard size metal plates in a few different finishes to best suit your gym's needs (hey, everybody doesn't like gray!). And like everything else on our store, all standard size plates and plate sets ship for free.
These plates can be used as barbell plates on the 1" barbells or as dumbbells plates on the 1" dumbbell handles. Available in 1.25 lbs to 50 lbs, these plates are a great way to slowly increase weight on exercises where just a little weight increase makes a big difference such as bicep curls and tricep extensions.
If you're looking to add a little diversity to your exercises then purchasing a set of standard weights, a standard barbell and a pair of dumbbells handles is a great and inexpensive way to achieve it. All weight plates come with a baked on resin based paint, making the finish on the plates resistant to chips, corrosions (rust) and scratches. They are available in gray or black matte finish and are built to last.
